Who we are

Cleaning Monstar provides residential and commercial cleaning services in Las Vegas and Henderson, Nevada. This policy covers the website cleaningmonstar.com and the quote requests you send through it.

Information you give us

When you submit a quote request, we collect only the fields on that form:

Your first and last name
Your phone number and email address
Whether the property is residential or commercial
The type of cleaning you need and your preferred date
Anything you choose to write in the message box

We ask for this so we can prepare an accurate quote and get back to you. You don't need an account to request a quote.

Please don't include sensitive information (such as financial account numbers or health information) in the message box — it isn't needed for a cleaning quote.

If you buy something from our shop

When you place an order we also collect:

Your billing and shipping address
The items you ordered, and your order history with us
Your payment is handled by our payment processor — we never see or store your full card number. It goes straight to the processor, who is certified to handle card data.

We use this to take payment, ship your order, handle returns, and meet our tax and record-keeping obligations. You can create an account at checkout to view your orders, but that's optional.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, some information is collected as you browse:

Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people find and use the site — pages viewed, approximate location (city level), device and browser type, and how you arrived. This uses cookies and your IP address.
Advertising. Our Google Analytics property is linked to a Google Ads account, so Google may receive a signal when a page is viewed or a quote request is submitted. This is used to measure advertising performance.
Fonts. Our page design loads fonts from Google Fonts. Loading them tells Google your IP address, as it would for any file requested from another server.
Server logs. Our web host records standard technical information such as IP address, request time, and browser user-agent, which helps keep the site running and secure.

We don't track you across other websites ourselves, and we don't run our own advertising pixels beyond the Google measurement described above.

To prepare and send your quote, and to contact you about it
To schedule, perform, and follow up on cleaning services
To keep records of jobs and enquiries for our own business use
To understand which pages and services people are interested in, so we can improve the site
To detect and prevent spam and abuse of our forms

We contact you about your enquiry and your service. We don't add you to a marketing mailing list from a quote request without telling you.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not trade or rent it to anyone. We share it only with the service providers that make the website work:

Google (Sheets & Apps Script) — quote requests are recorded in a private Google Sheet that only we can access. This is where your enquiry is stored.
Google (Analytics & Ads) — website usage measurement, as described above.
Our web host — the site is hosted on EasyWP (Namecheap), which processes traffic and keeps server logs.
Our payment processor — if you place an order, your payment details go directly to them so they can take the payment. They hold that data under their own privacy policy.
Shipping carriers — if you order a physical product, we pass your name and delivery address to the carrier so they can deliver it.

We may also disclose information if we're required to by law, or where necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.

Cookies and how to opt out

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Ours are used for analytics, not for advertising profiles that we build. You have a few options:

Block or delete cookies in your browser settings — the site will still work.
Install Google's official Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Turn on your browser's "Do Not Track" or equivalent privacy setting.

How long we keep it

Quote requests and job records are kept for as long as we need them to run the business and meet our tax and record-keeping obligations. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' own retention settings. If you'd like your enquiry deleted, just ask — see below.

You can ask us to:

Tell you what information we hold about you
Correct anything that's wrong
Delete your enquiry from our records
Stop contacting you

Email cleaningmonstar@gmail.com and we'll take care of it. We may need to confirm your identity before we act on a request.

Nevada residents. Nevada law gives you the right to tell a website operator not to sell your covered personal information. We don't sell it. If you'd like to submit a request anyway, our designated address for these requests is cleaningmonstar@gmail.com.

Children

This website isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Security

The site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and quote requests are transmitted securely to the private Google Sheet where they're stored. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you send us.

Links to other sites

If we link out to another website, that site has its own privacy policy and we're not responsible for its practices.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and change the "last updated" date at the top.
